This is strange, I downloaded the .zip, unzipped it, looked into the

alife_client_standalone

directory and had no problems finding the alife_gui.exe along with alife_console.exe intended for those who wish to script the simulation from Python. Is the file really not there?
I will prepare some Youtube videos when time allows.

It really isn't there. I've double checked and triple checked!

Double and triple checked, that's five checks overall :) Have you downloaded the zip from the files section? Haven't you accidentally used the SVN repo instead? Haven't you accidentally looked in alife_client instead of alife_client_standalone? Isn't some antivirus software causing the trouble? This is really strange...
I will upload it to a different location, then... stay tuned.

I did check around 5 times, really, but you knew what I meant. Yes, I did. I didn't. I didn't. I don't have an active anti-virus, I do a scan every so often, but nothing active. It probably is strange.
