Stupid vista.
Answer make a shortcut of it, and run the shortcut as administrator. And I am the administrator.

I could remember having desame problem when I tried to renew the network-connections manually.
Protection, fine.
Protection on administrator accounts, bad.
Protection that have to be buypassed like this, it inmidiatly proves proves the smart idea behind it, idiots.
