Title: how to turn off tracking?

my mailbox is filled with notifications from this DB forum.
I have checked my email settings and tracking settings ...
and I have nothing selected that should be sending these.
at least not that I can find.
what's up with that?!?!

I guess I can block the address ... but would rather find a way
to not have them sent in the first place.

Hmm, I dunno, I've never gotten anything but PM notifications from here.

Have you checked your "My Controls" under the second category, "Subscriptions"?

And when you post, see that "Enable email notification of replies" isn't checked.

Other than that I doin't know.

aha!
I thought I was merely tracking messages ...
but had somehow 'subscribed' to messages.
which makes no sense to me. ;)
I found just using 'view all recent messages' to work well here ...
as I don't have to scan thru all the forums.
