Title: Ties blinking red.

In version 2.36 the ties are sometimes blinking red and in version 2.4 it blinks yellow, if I remember correctly. What does it mean?

Voila:
Red: energy transfer
Yellow: Energy (or waste) sharing
White: information transfer (only possible through hardened ties)

Interesting. Actually I think I saw a tie blinking yellow once in 2.36.7 version wich I'm using, so I guess it's not different between versions.

Yeah, I don't think that has changed the past few versions.

Red and white were there in 2.11.

Yellow was one of the first things I added. 2.13 I think.
