btw, what was the IP address?
if you don't mind. ;)
once Num gets the wiki back ...
he might be able to see if they match ...
or if other wiki spam came/comes from the same IP.
might then also check with other wiki admins which have been vandalized.

passed on the wiki problem to an admin I know who runs wikicities to see
if she has any suggestions but she's out of town this week ...
so we will see.

I see someone posted from that IP on the Wiki Main Talk page at 13:30, 12 Oct 2005 (MST) ...
stating that they hadn't blanked anything ...

Const "Tracing soft" = softwear you use to track network data to there original ip.

Otherwise someone "Tracing soft" must be not so good if it could not track down the actual ip.

it can also be like a hookup form AOL or Yahoo or Earthlink or MSN ...
that logs you in on a different IP number every time you dial up ...
from some center that may be hundreds, if not thousands of miles
from where you live.
