Title: Most advanced zerobot sim
Post by: jknilinux on November 18, 2009, 01:50:27 PM
Hey all,

What has been the most advanced zerobot sim so far, in terms of complex behaviors. Have any of them evolved non-random tieing behaviors?

I think Eric had a sim going with shooting, reproduction, voluntary motion, and maybe some vision response (could be wrong about that).  Nothing has evolved from scratch (that I am aware of) that could beat even animal minimalis.  Not sure what tieing behavior has developed.  I know large algae clumps have evolved using ties, but I don't know if it was random (probably was).

Do you have a link to that sim?
