Title: Change the legue rules

Currently the legue rules say the official virsion is 2.37.6 Link (http://www.darwinbots.com/Forum/index.php?showtopic=279) Please upgrade the rules to use the current virsion.

Alright, it's been changed.  I'm surprised Jez never caught that.  If you see any more things like that, go ahead and post them here.
