Well there are no vegs when I load any sim
-
Is it only sims that have been run in internet mode?
Is it no veggies at all or do you get 5 veggies, but repopulation isn't filling in the rest?
There is a bug in 2.43h where when the first time a species gets teleported in from another sim in internet mode, it gets marked as non-native. If this species is the same as your local veggy (e.g. Alga Minimalis) then suddenly repopulation stops working since the code won't repopulate non-native species since the local text file may not be available. This indication as non-native round trips through saved sim files so if you load such a saved sim, veggy repop won't work.
Should be fixed in 2.43i.

Nope, all the sims have been run in 2.43 (when there wasn't a internet mode )

Repopulation isn't filling in the rest.
In the information bar(I don't know what the name is, if it has a name), the bar with cycles/sec, total ,bots ,veggies, enz.
I see veggies going up and down. 10 0 10 0 and so on.
Sim enclosed, maybe it's handy.

The sim you posted has been run in Internet Mode.
Have you ever seen this in a sim that has never been run in internet mode?

Eh, sorry I thought I didn't save it
This one is not in internet mode, I think, at least I don't see any teleporters

It thinks all the organisms are non-native, preventing veggy repopulation. I'm not initializing the species data structure correctly.
Fixed in 2.43i.
