I was sure the server must have been down, but today I manage to access the site just once. Tried to post a message and it faled and the page wasn't displayed, and now I can't access it again, from MY computer! I can access from my mothers computer. It looks like you guys have been able to post messages here. It doesn't make any sense. Does anybody have a clue what's wrong? Do I have to use my mother's computer everytime I want to access? I've tried with both IE and Firefox.

Can you reliably get to the rest of the net from your computer? Sounds like a basic networking connectivity issue.

I have no problem accessing other sites. I have sent a report to Firefox but they haven't replied yet, if they ever will. So I won't be visiting here much in the future until the problem goes away. If anyone would have a clue why just one site gets impossible to access for just one user I would be happy to know. You haven't accidently blocked my IP adress or something? I know you have had problems with spammers and disgussed ways to limit spamming and such. Just wondering if you might have made changes to the site that doesn't work for me. Now I'm going to have to catch up on latest improvements to DB.

We couldn't block your IP from viewing the content, so I don't think that's the problem. Honestly, it makes no sense, unless maybe there's a routing problem between GoDaddy's servers and your house.
I'll probably be changing web hosts in the next month or two. That might fix the problem.

Go to a command line on yoru machine and type
ping darwinbots.com
then type
ipconfig
then post the results. That may help us debug the problem.

Well, looks like I'm back in again! :-) Maybe because Nums have changed to a new host.
