Breve (http://www.spiderland.org/breve/).
It's like Bizarro-World Darwinbots. There are some very specific things that are very, very similar.
It's done by a guy that has links the the post-grad school I looked at a few months back for complex systems research.

great squirrel fishing!
I've got dried corn, on the cob, tied up just high enough
so they do these little dances on tiptoe.

Interesting I'll take a better look a bit latter. B)
It speaks about using OpenGL. Could we possibly do something similar?
We really need to take some of the graphics load off the cpu.

Is pretty cool looking. Maybe we can add some of their ideas to DB C++ :)
Kind of freaky, their newest version is also 2.4

I had the same idea a while back, which is why the C++ port is using OpenGL.

That'll probably help out alot. :D
With the program handling just the dna, mutations, and interactions; it should speed up considerably.
