Title: What kind of mutations do there exist?

I thought all there was where the standard mutations in the mutation rates tab.

And now I find this, are there more diffeent kind of mutations.

I think amplification mutations (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gene_duplication) are currently disabled, but are on todo-list.
