so i went back to the original small NNet and tried to fix it and found the problem and when i ran it it got to gen 2 with random mems 0. usually the last 3 input locs were missing but the rest of it (weightings) were there. very strange

positive i watched it myself and the bot has no way to create any other tie. the test bot you gave me works fine if you don't have the NNet in the same sim and if you do you have to restart to get it to work with only that bot in the sim

oculous bots i have never heard about but single store bots are fully functional bots that uses fairly complex math and only use 1 store in the entire dna. nano bots are one of those kind of bots

i've condensed the NNet bot to only use radical mem and limited it's ability however it is working perfectly. :D

EDIT:ok i've just found a problem and it's not with the bot code it's skipping memlocs and shouldn't be.

i ran 2 sims with animal minimal in and gave a tie, 1 win each f1 defaults. a very crude mutualistic bot. this is on my computer working though shouldn't through the nrg sharing gene.

i did with the vegi but did nothing so i put the gene in the animal and removed it from the veg and it worked which isn't suppose to happen i'll have the save in the attachment. a bot on the top left attached to a vegi shows. the vegi is suppose to give the bot nrg but isn't. there isn't supose to be a nrg sharing gene in the animal bot.

ok i've the problem it works but sharenrg isn't working the way i thought it did. nrg moves the wrong direction. so isn't the bot with sharenrg suppose to give nrg away to the other tied bot because that's not what i'm finding. it takes nrg.

i've got one but nrg sharing won't work for the vegs

so does your poison need an nrg condition in it

your eat food gene needs to have -1 or -6 to gain nrg from shooting, yours isn't doing anything as far as i can tell.
