It's just you, PY.  I use Firefox and I see it just fine.

And MightyPenguin, for the love of all that is sacred, get rid of that second picture!  x_x;

Russian

btw See now you suddenly understand what I am posting.
I think that's more because you're at least writing in semi-net-speech now instead of mostly-garbled english (I only had a marginally hard time reading what you write, what with my friends speaking twice as bad as you do, ;)).

So... I'm guessing we're keeping this skin?  (I hope so, it so beats out mine, though you could add mine as an "extra option"?  ;))

Suggestions / Physical Sizes

I like the reversal method.

Shell > Muscle > Fat > Protein > Carbs
Carbs > Protein > Fat > Muscle > Shell

That way, carbs are biggest in size, but smallest mass, shell is biggest mass but smallest size, protein is slightly less mass and slightly more size, muscle is slightly more mass and slightly less size, and fat is equal all around.

As I see it, that seems about right to me.   ;)

Tell me... how would a bot programmed without any inkling of enzymes evolve to grow such things?  Even DB has its mutational limitations.

I poked a hole in your story.

says a master bot maker and Darwinbots programmer, known only to fans as 'Numsgil'.

Change that around a bit (I.e. take out "a master" and put your name in it) and it can be passed off as 99.9% possibly-not-fake-but-could-also-be-but-nobody-will-ever-trace-it-to-here.  :)

The only thing I'm worried with there is "what happens to older bots"?

If we have to define all the enzymes in the DNA, then everything pre-enzyme will be rendered obsolete until changed.

Unless there's some basic enzymes given at the beginning if no enzyme genes are found.

Nice.  :P

I believed it until I saw the name "IMA FAYK".

I had a good laugh even before I realized the falseness of it, and now it's outright hilarious!

Just stick to using memloc and memval.

Directly reading the DNA length of another robot is too invasive and a little unrealistic IMO

   PY
We can already directly read every bit of coding, sans length.

We can see .up, .dn, .sh, .dh, (not sure on the latter 2's names anymore, been playing Noctis, ^.^;), .shoot, .shootval, .robage, .nrg, etc...

Yea, I like this one.  It works with anything but light blue for signatures.  Only problem is bright text on light-blue for things like "Replying to...", maybe make it more intense a colour or lighten it some more?

Wow, you didn't have to be so harsh about it, I was just trying something that looked slightly similar to the old board.

The orange, I can't explain... I had the font at "ffffff" when I first chose this.

Oh, and yea, I'm attempting icons and banners.

Well, I've made what I hope is a first breakthrough in... uhh... stuff.  :P

I can't post it on the 'net anywhere, and it doesn't look like I can attach it... so, uhh... any emails I can send it to?

Numsgil has all the color codes for it, though.  :)

I'll get right to it.  A good place for other people to try, too, if they want, is the Invision Free Skin Zone.  Also known as IFSZ, or http://www.ifsz.com/ .  :D

EDIT:  Or more importantly, this link specifically:
