Which uses less energy to change memory, venom, poison, positive shots, or ties?

Ties let you change memory for free assuming you already have a tie.

Shots charge you the cost of a shot each time, and take a couple of cycles to reach their target.

Venom and poison are probably the most expensive, but also the most powerful, since they have long ranging effects over several cycles.
