Title: A Question about Delta Mutations

I've been checking the bots mutation rates from time to time and so far, after 38M cycles, I've never seen it affect Reversal, Insertion, Minor Deletion or Major Deletion mutations. Mostly it's only affecting Point and Delta mutations and on rare occasion Copy Error. Is this by design or is there something wrong?
Also it seems to affect Point Mutations more and more rarely.

Some mutations are disabled because they were buggy.  Also keep in mind that the mutation rates aren't normalized very well.  500 for copy error and 500 for point mutation may or may not be equivalent in frequency,
