I have a few suggestions.  I think, in later versions after the astronomy part I posted about before is done, we might add something so that bots can only see specefic parts of the spectrum.  "Why?", you are probably wondering.

1.  One reason is that it gives more options for evolution. Like if a bot is poisonous and has the color red in its dna (it says red as start color, but the color we see doesn't change) then others can evolve to think red=poison and then avoid bots who are red.

Of course then other bots that aren't poisonous might become red.  This can also be used for identification.  A species can have a specefic color and use it to identefy other members.  With this, illusion and deception is possible.  A species can evolve to get that color, sneak in and attack bots and they wont know what hit them. There are alot of advantages.

2.  Bioluminescence (sp?).  100-3000m below the ovean surface many animals are bioluminescent.  Why not add it to DB?  If we have light filter through water (which already exists in pond mode) all the light will disapear after a certain depth.

In such environments bots might either learn to create their own light (bioluminescence) or navigate without any light at all.  Eyes can still have a wavelength parameter which shows it at what range it can see.  But we could also add that different wave lenght can go different distances in the water.

In reality is it so that at those deepth red cant go very far but blue can so most animals only see blue and green, not red. so a jellyfish have a red glowing stomach to neutrolize the blue color of its pray so it becomes invisible (for other fishes).

Bioluminescence can also be a way to communicate.  With some clever programming, bioluminescence can be used to yell "come here guys, food is served" and then all the bots go there.  There's alot of potential here.

we humans have 46 chromosones, where the last ones are the sex chromosones. X and Y. Guys have XY and girsl XX. Scientist have created a few mouses that have XX and still is males, they have never had any Y chromosone in them. The scientist added a gene from the Y chromosone into the X chromosone and then they got 1 XX mouse who was a male. many did of course not survive

if you cant read swedish then there is no idea for you to ask me to show it. maybe you can instant find it on the net on english

nums are gonna make som big changes in the dna system, right? so I was thinking that now when nums have speed up db so much that we could change the virus system as well.

Now a virus is made up of only 1 gene. But in reality they can be made up by many more genes. So y not make it so in DB?

I was running a simulation today and added bots to it and I noticed that they always faced the same direction after the first cycle.   I asked Nums what caused it and he told me it was because all the memories are set to 0, and 0 is actually a command for setaim.  It's a minor thing but still needs to be fixed.

Dead-End and Solved Suggestion Requests / Ties, to few of them

We all know the maximum number of ties are 3. but ive been thinking and made a few exemples on paper of MBs. and what ive come up whit is that 3 isnt enough. we need 4 it makes it alot better. I have once again a new idea for a MB, man I get new all the time but never finish them. if we have 3 ties only I have to use 1 bot more and the tie connecting gets alot trickier. but whit 4 its no problem. how about increasing the amount of ties to 4?

Hi everyone. We all know PYs ant. im working on something better. in the old forum I sugjested making a MB ant where each type looks different. That is what im working on. Each type have a body of its own, a working is very simple while the queen have the most complex form. The queen look like this:

O-OQurently ive only made the body and construciton of them ready. the behavior is still left. Ive come up whit things that makes the genome alot shorter. When we want a new worker, farmer or what ever I add in the future, ive come up whit a system that makes the genome X-1 genes shorter. X=amount of body types. And the body of the queen uses only 2 genes :D hopefully I will finish this and make it work B)

We all know that we can use ties now. I think we need some new ways of connect bots. it would give some more ideas and hopefully make it easier for MBs to be created. I have an idea. its birth ties. Birth ties is just like normal ties, but it connect it self to its newborn bot. like:

.btie is the birth tie command. here will the bot connect a tie instantanasly whit its child. and keep it, it would help alot dont you think?
