Title: Racial Memory

Where's the code for Racial Memory.  I was going to modify it to be more useful by having it start the cycle after the birth tie is formed.  Unfortunately, I can't find it.  Does anyone (say, PY) know where it is?

Also, jsut because no one can ever remember, birth ties last 100 cycles.

It was in form1 when I wrote it. Since then you have decentralized a lot of the code and since I haven't gone looking lately I have no idea where it is.

Birth ties often get confused with ties stiffening (which happens after 20 cycles)

Is there some comment or something I can search for to find it?  I treid searching for 971, but I didn't find anything.

The repro routine would probably be a good place to start looking though.

I thought I saw something about it in varspecies near the birthing areas. Had to do with copying various information from parent to child during birthing phase.

I thought birth ties used to last 21 cy, but got changed when racial memory was added.

Nope. They were always 100.
