You realise that perfection is actualy the purest form of sterility; beign perfect, you do not change. In not changing, you stagnate, and become meaningless.

I wish that the Lib Dems get in.

You wake up one morning to find your backing isn't hurting. Then you realise it's because you've had your spine surgically removed while drunk.

I wish this thread gets a hell of a lot better in the next post, so I don't have to lock it out of contempt.

You're missing the point that Marv is nothing like Dwight. They have completely different personalities. Can you imagine Marv worrying about driving a car full of bodies around? Hell no, he'd have snapped that cop's neck in two and rode on.

And yes, Dwight is in the very first scene in Kadie's bar. He's the one who delivers the "Some people think Marv is crazy..." line.

"Is that the best you can do, you pansies?"

ROFL; "touch me I'm cuddly", you made those yourself MP?
Nah, I stole them from somewhere. It was PREY or SA or NMA or something like that.

Anyway, I think I've made my stance on grammer and spelling quite clear in the rules thread.

And I've spell-checked sigs when I got bored.[/quote]

You people living on that poky little island have no idea what distance really means.
You people living in that fucking arsehole of a continent have no concept of time. I live in a city were we have slums older than your entire country.

And PY, if you haven't lived here since the mid nineties you can't comment. Nobody from the tail end of the last conservative reign can have any clue as to what the country is like.

I am with Nums.  I feel so much better when I read nice and clean language.  Not to say that I never get lazy and use web-speak, but I have a lot of respect for good grammar and punctuation.  It's similar to clothing: I much more prefer to look at people who dress neatly and with taste, I can tolerate jeans and t-shirts (cause I know it's practical), but I hate to see people dressed like they've been spleepeing on the street for a month.
I'd far rather see someone in jeans and t-shirt than a suit and tie. In fact, apart from suits and stuff, people can wear what they want. It's got nothing to do with me.

Typing, on the other hand...

Where can you find pleasure
Search the world for treasure
Learn science technology
Where can you begin to make your dreams all come true
On the land or on the sea
Where can you learn to fly
Play in sports and skin dive
Study oceanography
Sign of for the big band
Or sit in the grandstand
When your team and others meet

In the navy
Yes, you can sail the seven seas
In the navy
Yes, you can put your mind at ease
In the navy
Come on now, fall in 'n' make a stand
In the navy, in the navy
Can't you see we need a hand
In the navy
Come on, protect the motherland
In the navy
Come on and join your fellow man
In the navy
Come on people, and make a stand
In the navy, in the navy, in the navy (in the navy)

They want you, they want you
They want you as a new recruit

If you like adventure
Don't you wait to enter
The recruiting office fast
Don't you hesitate
There is no need to wait
They're signing up new seamen fast
Maybe you are too young
To join up today
Bout don't you worry 'bout a thing
For I'm sure there will be
Always a good navy
Protecting the land and sea

In the navy
Yes, you can sail the seven seas
In the navy
Yes, you can put your mind at ease
In the navy
Come on now, fall in 'n' make a stand
In the navy, in the navy
Can't you see we need a hand
In the navy
Come on, protect the motherland
In the navy
Come on and join your fellow man
In the navy
Come on people, and make a stand
In the navy, in the navy, in the navy (in the navy)

They want you, they want you
They want you as a new recruit

Who me?

They want you, they want you
They want you as a new recruit

But, but but I'm afraid of water.
Hey, hey look
Man, I get seasick even watchin' it on TV!

They want you, they want you in the navy

Oh my goodness.
What am I gonna do in a submarine?

They want you, they want you in the navy
