The gravity bug is still there!

Testlund:
I see the gravity bug hasn't been fixed in version 2.37.6.

 :bash:

..and don't ask me what kind of settings I have! OF COURSE I made settings with NO gravity! NO pond mode. Gravity slider on physics tab set to ZERO!

Check the picture I've added below.

What you need to tell is how you got there.  What buttons you pushed, what options chose etc...  Without that info no one can figure out what went wrong.

Testlund:
It should be enough just to tell you I have it set to 0 gravity! If it is set to 0 gravity there should be NO gravity, right? I have pond mode TURNED OFF! What buttons is there to push that could possibly effect this?? I just make the settings and then click start or change to try to make this happen. Doesn't matter what I do. They SINK DOWN! Hopefully PY understands what I'm explaining here but if he doesn't experience bots falling down with no gravity set then this is a force major and we can as well forget about it. I guess I'll have to allways run in Pond mode instead.

PurpleYouko:
So this Doesn't happen in Pond mode?

I haven't ever had this problem at all.

Does anybody else have an issue with Gravity? or is it just Testlund?

I will give it a serious try to see if I can reproduce this but I seriously doubt that I will be able to.

You are running with toroidal and pond mode off? right?

PurpleYouko:
Is Bouyancy enabled?

That could be a problem outside of pond mode. It is the reason that corpses fall down for sure. The program automatically sets all corpses to negative bouyancy on each cycle to make them fall but with Bouyancy disabled they will just float.

I wonder if Animal Minimalis has negative bouyancy too? I will have to check the DNA to see.

Right click on one of them and type "? .rdboy" in the console command line. If the result is negative then that will explain it.
