My super is referring to the bicycles downstairs...

The only thing I see wrong with it is:

Instead of writing: Take the "bicycle out for a date" I would write "remove the bicycles from downstears"

Instead of writing: "construction of water by mixing hydrogen with oxygen" I would write "we are fixing a leak downstairs"

Instead of writing "Somthing is actualy working for once in the bicycle room" I would write "work will be done in the bicycle room" if not for the fact that lest sentance is more or less pointless anyway.
