Over powered poison\venom tricks

I just discovered something potentially over powered in DB2. Apparently you can instruct a delgene using venom or poison. I really think we should block stuff like this. Adding to fix list unless someone gives me a good reason not to.

You can also force a robot to self destruct by making chloroplasts when there is a cost for chloroplasts like it is high in F1 mode. This one you can also do with info shots. I am planning to work on info shots and make the same info shot rules apply to poison and venom. There where some other nifty info shot rules that where not documented well that I will apply to poison and venom.
