Automatic league updates

Botsareus:
We need a way for someone who is managing the back end of the Darwinbots server to create a spider that scans the robots in the starting gate and automatically sorts them running through leagues.
All components to do so are already programmed into vb6 version of Darwinbots.
I even have an option to restrict robots to be multibot.
