Restarting chloroplast zerobot simulation with 'On error resume next'

I gave up trying to chase it. Pandas code looks perfect to me. I have no idea what is making it fail so spectacularly. The only major change I made to it was a check for DNA similarity.

Just figured out that it is not in chloroplast code.
