The zip contains the files after the crash happened in Safe Mode.

I recently fixed an overflow in location calculator, (like for the robot on the top of your screen attempting to escape the physical bounds of there universe)
I think that is what we are dealing with here. But I'll give it a good 30 minute run anyway.

Testlund:
This particular bug tends to be rare from what I've seen so far. This sim that I uploaded was one of 3 instances in my eco-sim experiment that I've run for quite some time without problems.

But since I managed to catch this crash in Safe Mode, hopefully you will be able to find out what the exact problem is. It seems "Run-time error 6" is a common overflow problem, though it may be caused by different things.
