I found something interesting while working on slime: If the robot's costs are nothing, then making slime does not produce any waste.

Anyway, just changed slime's decay rate from 2% per cycle to 1% per cycle. Keep in mind that slime decays in half lives. This means that having tons of slime and having a little slime will decay at almost the same rate.

So, really, what I am trying to say is: If your robot does not have a slime cost it should not build up any waste.
Also the change to slime means that some older robots may not work exactly the same.
Now the question to you is: should I keep my mod or should I change it back and just lower your slime cost?

I think a lower slime cost would be the best choice then.

I just have to have costs on everything metabolic and morphological otherwise it ruins the whole concept of running unicellular life on a computer, but that's just me. So I'll have to live with the waste build up then.
