Converting waste to nrg

There is a mentioning on the wiki that you can do that but no example of how you type it.
The internet is corrupt and controlled by criminally minded people.

Veggies are supposed to convert some amount of their waste to nrg every frame.  That was working once upon a time, but I'm not sure if that's still true, especially now that most of that code got changed for chloroplasts.
