Results of my Chloroplast runs
« on: September 07, 2013, 09:58:27 AM »
I have ran the following two simulations for a week.
My best guess is my mutation rates where too weak and my computer was too slow.

Attached are the graph results partially generated by the graphjoin tool.
And the best robot from both runs.

Alga2 was identical to Alga, a simple chloroplast gene was added.
What surprised me the most is Alga2 was able to kill off Alga w/o evolving any direct killing methods.

I'm going to have a go at doing a zerobot evolution. I've never done one before though, so... XD
