Sounds good to me but I don't know how hard that is to implement.

It's easy.  There's a little button in the Admin CP called "Add Custom Skin".

I am reissuing the forum skin challenge!  Let's reskin this whole forum top to bottom!  That includes any picture you see anywhere.  We can totally reskin it.

I'm thinking red!  Something red and lava-ly :P
