And quotes are the same white background and black text , thats not right it should be gray background and white text

Just go here and plug in some numbers to create your own then email the CSS file that is created at the very bottom of the page (save it as .txt in notepad) to the email address that Numsgil provided.

PY I checked that stuff before already , the problem with it is we have more colors/controls here then in there.

That is where this scheme came from though. I know that because I created the CSS file myself from numbers sent me by SyndLig.
