Not as such but if the bodies of two creatures are not compatible shapes then they can't mate.

A bit like some snails that I keep hearing about.
A genetic mutation resulted in some that had their shells coiled in the opposite direction than the originals. The new mutants were then unable to mate with the originals due to nothing more than geometry.
This is often cited as an example of evolutionary speciation in debates between evolutionists and creationists.

If circles and squares can't mate, then, of course, you'll need the liklihood of a mutation from circle to square to be fairly low (of course, that assumes you want to use sexual reproduction).

I like this idea for .sexrepro , some dna should be restricted to copy only from the mothers side or the fathers side and never mix. (Humens do that so I figured there must be some good in it) (Its kinda like junkdna for sexrepro)
