At some point from now I should have the chloroplast version functional.
The chloroplast version will use two new system variables called 'strchr' (write chloroplasts) and 'rdchlr' (read chloroplasts) I need two new memory locations to be assigned to these sysvars.

What do people think these memory locations should be? I am looking for memory locations least used as custom variables in current robots.

The 20-200 range was reserved for own variables, so anything else goes. 13&14 are free.
Oh my god, who the hell cares.
