2.45.1 Epigenetic Memory Bug?

DB 2.45.1

First 5 locations (971-975) transfer at birth.  Next 15 locations do not transfer.  Birth tie is intact throughout the process (to about the 60th cycle). DNA is not overwriting.

Is this a bug or is it a change not reflected in wiki?

I think it worked for me when I used it last, but that wasn't 2.45.1, shouldn't have made any difference though.

It's probably a bug if it does not work.

Fixed for the next release (I hope I didn't break how normal ties work in the process :dry:)
