OK, I was thinking before I start on DB3 I'd work a little on DB2, So I downloaded everything... How do I compile the source code and begin editing? TY!

You have VB6, yes?  If not, there's a download on the wiki (VB6).

Then you open iesara.vdp or whatever it's called in Visual Basic and you should be good to go.

Oh, I think I know what the problem is... I have VB studio 2010... Do I need a previous version of VB?

Yes.  You need VB6.  VB .NET is basically an entirely different language.
