That would be great, yes.  Here are the goals I wanted to achieve (some are better than none, so don't worry if some can't be done):

1.  Basic IRC hosting so people can use whatever IRC client they want to chat.
2.  The entire chat history is saved and can be searched and is available for web crawlers.
3.  A PHP or other server side IRC client.  So you can go to www.darwinbots.com/IRC or something like that and chat just using a web browser.
