The problem is that it's hard to prevent cheaters (dumping F1 bots into the sims) unless you implement something on the code side to prevent it (prevent ties from working or something).  Which is totally doable, but it requires time and energy.

I want to see what happens if it tries to rape a SF2 but only succedes in giving it a rape face....
