Missing file problem

Whenever I start up Darwinbots and click on the Start New Simulation button, I get an error message saying this:

Run-time error '339':
Component 'TABCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Is there any way I can fix this?
Thanks in advance.  

Forget that, all I had to do was run as administrator, sorry.
