I dont think there will be many but I got one.

Is .mrepro alowd?
If not, maby you should put it in the rules

Why is delgene forbidden in F3? Not only does it seem superfluous, but it hinders my bot-in-planning severely...

To avoid iffy stuff like conspec foolery with deleting genes.
