Hmm, if you're getting it a lot either you're using some really weird settings, or it's a driver bug.  You could try reinstalling 2.1.  If you're running Vista, make sure to run the installer as an admin.

It's not letting me delete it...

"Cannot delete darwin: access is denied yada yada yada..."

Numsgil:
Try restarting.  Sometimes file handles don't close properly on windows for whatever reason.
