.tielen and .tieang are unwieldly

Current behavior:
*.tielen and *.tieang give their respective information about the most recent tie.

Suggested behavior:
*.tielen and *.tieang should give information about the tie whose number is in in .readtie

.tielen or .tieang are controlled via .tienum, not .readtie.  Changing .tienum should change their values to reflect those of that tie.  Let me know if this is not the case.

I think I tested that. Are they supposed to be populated mid-cycle?
I would double check, except that I'm in Moscow and don't have access to my computer.
