Full In folder in Internet Mode RESOLVED 2.43.1i

I've been running a sim in internet mode for about 12 hours or so. Lots of bots have been sent out, bot I've only seen 2 come in, the rest that came in are from my own sim. Despite that I got a full In folder!

The asymmetry between bots coming in and out as well as getting back some o fyour own bots is expected and depends in large poart on the relative speeds and sizes of the sims currently running IM.

The bot files stuck in the inbound directory is a bug.  I bet they are all of 0 length and some are quite old.  I had a bug where dbo files that for some reason got messed up in transfer were not being cleaned up.  This is fixed in 2.43.1i.
