Can't start new sim with smaller field size! RESOLVED 2.43.1h

Testlund:
If I load a sim with the field size 16 and then try to start a new sim with a smaller field size I will just get a crash with the familiar "Darwinbots has encountered a problem..."

Bug was with attempting to delete bots from buckets that no longer exist when field gets smaller.  Fixed in 2.43.1h.
