.tin / .tout sysvars

I propose that an equivalent of the in/out sysvars be implemented for ties.
*.tin would read the value of the .tout sysvar for the bot on the other end of the tie.
Use the same method as the .tref vars to determine which tie is read from.

Lancre operated on the feudal system, which was to say, everyone feuded all
the time and handed on the fight to their descendants.

I like it.  I've been working on a multibot of my own in my spare moments and this would help a lot w.r.t. communication between cells.

2.43.1f impliments 20 new sysvars.

.tout1 - .tout10   411-420
.tin1 - .tin10    421-430

Works just like the rest of the trefvars.
Many beers....

Wow. Communications has just become 100xs easier. Now a bot can talk to two bots and hold a lucid convo and exchange information twice as fast. Instead of pushing memvals through the ties one at a time. Now 10 things can be said at once. Looks like everyone has the same goals here, nice game is developing.
