2.43.1c Runtime Error 76

I get a runtime error 76 after it says its a new install. What do I do?

Sorry Eric, I'm a moron on occasion. I just needed to put the file in the same folders that the original was located. Turns out the extract feature in Vista puts it defaulted into a folder similair to the zip, only its a folder. So I moved the .exe file in with the older version and now it works just fine. Issue Resolved.
