Okay, you did get it working earlier, right.
So I think this is a new install of vista.
First run DB once as admin, it solves most problems at vista most times.
I've had a simular problem earlier with a new install of XP, so you could just miss one file.
Then do like Testlund said.
Try to put the DLL's it misses in the c:\windows\system32\ folder.
Click Start->Run... and type regsvr32 "c:\windows\system32\*dll_name*.dll and click OK.
And don't forget run it as admin, otherwise you will just get an acces denied error, I gues.
MSSTDFMT.DML?
DML? well, okay. I gues it is DLL, but inmidiatly I am doubting about the other letters now.
