I just tested your sim. Have you changed the regional values of language settings in Windows yet? I don't see that the cost settings get reset here. Strange value you've got for the veggies. -100. I would expect the energy to get slurped right out of them. Hehe

Ah that  -100 was just a leftover from a previous simulation, well like I said  I do not thing it has anything to do with the sim setting  now that I reloaded it it also works normal for me and as for regional settings I have other 0.0... values working and I like 0,0... better for other non Darwinbot  applications.

The program is only half way consistant with regionalization.  Meaning that if you haven't yet, try changing the regionalization settings to use the American 000,000.decimal system instead of other "international" forms.  Even if you don't think it will do anything.  Because, like I said, Darwinbots is only half consistant.  If the bug still shows up, then you know that's not it and you can change it back.

Changed resolution to WON'T FIX from NO REPRO.  It is a real bug, it is reproducable.  We just have no plans to fix it (due to VB6's lame international support).
Many beers....

Fixed in 2.43u.  Commas in number input strings are now converted to decimals.
