Just started a sim and I see 11 sims going in internet mode!  Of course 3 of them are from EricL, but it's still the highest I've ever seen. Woo-hoo!

11 sims, I still can't connect with IM.

And with the knowledge there are already 11 sims, I'd like to share my feeling

I hope this marks my point.

But what does it mean

Hmm, actually something is amiss at the FTP server. The sims that I see are not doing anything, their populations don't change at all. DB reports that it's connected fine though. It sens out bots, but the only bots coming back from FTP are my own.  Yeah, something is weird there.

Eric and I recently mucked about with IM's behind the scenes operations, and this could be part of the problem.

I don't think it has anything to do with the new credentials.  Older versions don't have the change and I can't connect with any version.  I can log on to the FTP server with either set of crednetials, but a DIR or LS results in the server terminating the FTP session.  I get the same result using the FTP command line app.  Perhaps GoDaddy has some sort of IP blacklist that got triggerred by FTP clients that do too many operations....
Many beers....

Well, I hate to say it.

But..., in the tryings to get IM working, I've got multiple pop-files in the IM-folder before even connecting, there are that way multiple pop-files going to IM, when I connected I checked and I was some newbie-number and at the same time Peter was also connected, now I don't know if there is anothere Peter, but my gues is that the number of pop-files is screwed up, becouse I managed to get connected  , sorry.
