What are the tie colors again?
« on: December 18, 2006, 06:39:12 AM »
Does the search function work? Either it doesn't or the words "tie color" have never been mensioned before. I thought I had a textfile saved somewhere with this info but can't find it.

The search function is only marginally helpful.  It never seems to find what I really want to find.

If I remember right, yellow or white is information transfer, red is nrg transfer.

Ok. Had a few Animal Minimalis here that were forming ties and sending "yellow information" for awhile.

White is information transfer.

Yellow is any type of sharing - sharing nrg, waste, shell or slime.

Red is basically nrg or body tie feeding.

Red can also be for taking/giving waste.

Right you are.  Venom and Poison too.  The ties get set to yellow and then set to red farther down the routine.  Missed that.

Update_Ties() is such an ugly piece of spagetti code, it really needs re-writing at some point.  What a mess.
