Simple. Take a run of BP and deposit them somewhere else in the DNA at random

And how about a 'point transposition' that works like a point mutation

Some code exists in 2.4 for a "transposition", but I had to comment it out because it was too buggy.  If someone wanted to carefully double check it it would be no problem to reintegrate it.
