Maybe.  Ran it all night it with no crash....

I think I may have caught this, or at least I caught an overflow crash that might be it, though I caught it in  a different sim.  A temporary local Integer varable (totslime) could overflow when the slime from two very slimy bots was shared in shareslime().  Fixed in 2.42.3.  See #15 here.

He was probably both there and not there, only nobody looked for him so the probability wave never collasped...
