Version 2.41.0 now available

Version 2.41.0 is now available on the Download Page.  This version includes all my fixes made to the 2.4A version to date.

I plan to contiune to fix bugs as they arise (although perhaps at a more measured pace) so please report any bugs in the Bug Reporting Forum.
